EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI E-OFFICE PADA BADAN PERTANAHAN NASIONAL KABUPATEN MEMPAWAH

Abstract

Electronic Government or e-government or e-govt is the use of internet connection in the information dissemination and government service to the cityzens. Materially that make the government use for telling that information and services to reach the goal then to increase community satisfaction, goal of this thesis is knowing The Effectivity of E-Office Application which is run in Land Office Mempawah Regency, and for knowing the problem constraint faced the Land Office Mempawah Regency for the running that application. The study method using for this study is qualitative method, qualitative method is study method which based on the philosophy of the postpositivisme, that’s using for the natural condition, data collection technique is done by triangulation (combination), data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and the results of qualitative research emphasize more on the meaning of generalizations, The purpose of using qualitative methods is to be able to better understand and describe the character of the informants in depth in relation to the variables of the promotion mix and customer loyalty. In the discussion and results of the researchers discuss the results of interviews with three informants, with a discussion of the five aspects of The Effectivity of E-Office applications using at Land Office Mempawah Regency is adaptation, efficiency, production, satisfaction, and development. The results obtained by researchers are that there are still many obstacles faced by Land Office Mempawah Regency, such as employee discipline and lack of human resources, there are still inadequate facilities and there is maintenance that also hinders the process of using the application of E-Office. The solution what is obtained is the required solution to lack of human resource and employee dicipline of using the E-Office Application that is must giving a sosialization and training then improve and provide proper facilities which is internet and computers tool, and always following the Ministry instruction.
